Our approach centers on sustainable leadership, which, to us, is the conscious decision to use influence for positive impact on present and future generations. Roots & Story
Founder & owner: Masha Ibeschitz
Many would say Think Beyond exists because of founder, owner and former CEO Masha Ibeschitz. And while she would agree partly, her next sentence would probably be „And because of our dear customers and a network of extraordinary humans contributing to our shared purpose and vision.“ And that’s already part of the success story of Masha and Think Beyond.
For over 25 years, Masha has worked with leaders across continents and industries, from board members to emerging talents. As business economist with deep operational experience across industries, she brings both strategic vision and human depth to her work. Her approach isn't never about prescribing solutions but about creating space for clarity, reflection, and the kind of decisions that come from inner integrity, not external pressure
In 2020, Masha created on the outside what she was already growing since her first days as a leadership coach and trainer, living and working across continents: She founded Think Beyond Consulting GmbH. Therewith, what began as a seemingly solo consulting evolved into a global collective built on partnership. She brought together Impact Partners from all corners of the globe, as co-creators united by a shared vision: leadership development that transforms organizations and contributes to a more sustainable, resilient world.
Today, Masha continues to shape the organization's vision while working directly with C-level leaders and global institutions as trusted advisor and reflection partner called when things are really complex. Author of bestselling books including "Impact" and "Success Reloaded," recognized among the world's top coaches, she remains committed to what she's always stood for: depth over surface, resonance over performance, transformation over transaction. Her work focuses on enabling leaders to act from resonance—making decisions that align with their values and create lasting impact.
