As host of Think Beyond Talks, she creates space for reflection, inspiration, and practical insights for today’s and tomorrow’s leaders.

Her professional experience brought her from a master’s degree in international development to coaching and counseling opportunities in various organizations and industries. When she’s not helping customers to tackle both business and leadership challenges, she’s eager to expand her own knowledge beyond the usual.

Angela brings more than 25 years of international experience in business, HR, and organizational development. With a strong background in diagnostics and assessment-based development, she combines strategic clarity with a people-centered approach to support leaders and organizations in navigating change and building sustainable performance and inclusive cultures.

Kerstin brings more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership across diverse industries and global environments. She combines human-centered insight with assessment-based diagnostics to support individuals, teams, and organizations in making informed development decisions and creating sustainable impact.

Magdalena ensures that people, structures, and growth stay in balance as they continue to evolve. She combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of what truly moves teams, and designs processes that unite efficiency with humanity – creating spaces where people and ideas can grow beyond.

Curious, motivated, and guided by an optimistic mindset, Antonia manages leadership development initiatives, aligning details so big ideas can happen. She supports international programs through clear coordination and reliable execution. With a degree in Business Management and experience across different roles and industries, she brings creativity and empathy to her work.

Bojana is the friendly face at the front desk of Think Beyond, coordinating the office, welcoming guests, and supporting the team wherever needed. Bringing fresh energy, compassion, and adaptability, she approaches her role with a strong desire to learn and grow.
