Layer One: 9 key leadership topics, from motivation and self-management to group dynamics, change and conflict management prepared in a multilevel way: self-directed audio/video learning, worksheets, transfer exercises for immediate on-the-job application

Layer Two: 9 online half-day-workshops (highly interactive) with one-hour implementation supervision + 3 hours of exercises for the new topic of the month Leadership to Go

Layer Three: Participants choose a learning buddy at the beginning of the program. In these mini-peer groups, they jointly deepen the topics once again and prepare the implementation.
