Working in a one-on-one setting, I’ll gently guide your reflection process—listening closely, challenging assumptions, exploring scenarios, probing your feelings,… whatever the situation calls for. My profound coaching expertise allows me to be adaptive. Depending on the needs of the moment, I may apply a variety of techniques from different fields (such as systemic elements, the PCM model, profiling, and many more).
For instance, we may start with a management issue you face, then move on to underlying structures, exploring your feelings about them, then gradually get back to the issue and look at possible solutions. Clients are sometimes surprised at the turns a session can take—and always energized when solutions crystallize. And I feel deeply honored to have their trust.
